Dmitry has more than 14 years of professional experience in production and supply of Gift & Promo materials. As an account manager, he led projects for MegaFon, Schneider Electric, J&J, Syngenta, Servier, Bayer, Novartis, Trasneft, Lafarge, Rostelecom and others. Working his way up from account Manager to CEO, for the last 6 years to became the largest dealer of promo and business gifts in Russia, the market leader in above-mentioned categories.
Ilya has been working on the customer-side in the marketing department of major multinational corporations for a long time. He has brought and launched product lines for the B2B market and has a clear understanding of the tasks facing upon the client, as well as the target audience. In his current role, it is intended to strengthen the competence of Admos in the BIG ACCOUNTS area, using his own experience and skills. He is responsible for the company’s development strategy in order to focus on priority areas as well as developing and optimizing business processes. His favourite Sports are heli-skiing and kayaking.
Vitaly has been in the Gift & Promo industry since 2012. He has come with a background as a Procurement specialist in category to supply chain manager, with a short-term assignment to the Sales dep. (1 year) – for expanding soft skills and better understanding of customer service. Strengths include being able to automate and speed up the company’s business processes in combination with cost efficiency, as well as tracking deadlines for internal/external customers. Free time spends with his family or doing sports including jogging.
