After completing his apprenticeship, Christian studied sales-orientated business engineering. He worked in sales and marketing departments of Viessmann, ThyssenKrupp and DaimlerChrysler before he transferred into the consultancy and training industry. He was educated by Mercuri International on global training and coaching projects to push medium-sized clients and global players to higher sales and structure levels. After 5 years of experiencing and learning he established his own business together with his partner. At the peak, they managed clients regarding sales and cultural change with a team of 20 consultants, trainers and coaches. After ten years he was attracted by MCS and Prominate 2015 and moved on to apply his knowledge as a CSO in daily business in a Holacracy structure. He considers himself as a multiplier, lighthouse and driver of change in sales and leadership. Results-driven, he questions expectations and pushes clients and new acquisitions to achieve common goals.
